Foot soak- Have you tried them yet?

After a tiring day at work/home what can be more soothing than a warm and relaxing dip in foot soak. For those who haven’t tried them yet Foot soaks are a combination of salts and some essential oils like peppermint.

We have some readymade foot soaks available in market, all you need to do is mix 2-3 spoons of foot soak in warm water in a bucket and dip your feet in them. Let the water cool down with your feet inside and feel all the tension and tiredness getting released out in water as it cools.
If this is sounding fancy trust me it actually is worth bragging.

I recently tried a ready to mix foot soak from- Bliscent and I was so happy with the result that I though others need to know about this.

If you dont want to go with the commercialy available foot soaks then we can also prepare some foot soaks easily at home. Please check out some of the yummy DIY recipes(for those tired legs) below-

1. Listerine + Apple cider Vinegar
Just mix 5 teaspoons of Listerine (mouthwash) and 2-3 spoons of Apple cider vinegar in 1/4th bucket of warm water. This will not only make your feet smooth, it will also stop any fungal growth.

2. Sea salt + Baking soda + lemon – mix 4 spoons of sea salt and 2 spoons of baking soda in 1/4th bucket of water, squeeze in a few drops of lemon. You can also add few drops of tea- tree or peppermint oil(optional)

3. Peppermint oil + sea salt- Just mix 4-5 spoons of sea salt with 3-4 drops of peppermint oil in 1/4th bucket of warm water.

4. Plain salt + Water – If you find it difficult to arrange the above ingredients, just mix 4-5 spoons of plain salt in warm water. Even this works wonders.
